  • WHY DO THE TOPS OF MY CANDLE LOOK BUMPY AFTER BURNING?
    Due to the nature of soy/coconut wax, lumpy and bumpy tops after your first burn are common. The good news is that it’s 100% natural and will not affect how your candle burns. Just relight your candle and allow for a full melt pool to form.
  • WHY IS MY CANDLE TUNNELING?
    Candles start to tunnel when a full melt pool is not reached before you blow out your candle. When lighting your candle, allow the wax to melt long enough to have the wax melted in an even layer, edge to edge.
  • HOW TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
    Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We will, however, replace or refund products that were damaged during shipping. We can only replace or refund broken items if photographic proof of damage and receipt are submitted to sundayessencecandles@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
    International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking link/number. Click that link to track your package.
  • HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE RIGHT CANDLE SIZE FOR ME?
    When it comes to candles, size matters! Here is what we reccomed: 8oz - Best for larger spaces like living rooms 6oz - Best for smaller rooms like bedrooms, home offices. 3.2oz - Better suited for small bathrooms.
  • CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?
    We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
